“My strong interpersonal skills and my ability to communicate effectively also support my success. I trust my intuition and use both my head and my heart to bring balance to every situation. Adaptability, authenticity, integrity, teamwork, courage, compassion, and accountability are all words that resonate for me. When it comes to strategic planning, I believe that an open mind, strong commitment, shared vision, measurable strategies, clear timelines, and respectful communication are the keys to success.” – Lorrie Forde
