Kathy works with clients as a coach, facilitator and trainer and specializes in organizational change management and retirement/career transitions.
She is the Principal of Your Ideal Retirement Coaching and offers individual, couples and group coaching programs and workshops that support a smooth transition from the workforce to retirement, as well as programs that assist clients to uncover their purpose in retirement or launch encore careers. Through the administration of assessments, exercises and coaching, clients gain insight into the unique strengths, barriers, and life circumstances that will likely impact their retirement.
In addition to being certified as an Executive, Retirement and Group Coach, Kathy is a certified Change Intelligence (CQ)® practitioner licensed to deliver the CQ Change Leadership Assessment and is a certified Change Management practitioner with the ADKAR™ model. She works with organizations and leaders to develop their capacity for change leadership, change management and change resilience.
Kathy holds a graduate degree in Leadership & Training from Royal Roads University and has coached leaders and developed and delivered programs in both the private and public sectors on the topics of leadership development, change management, and effective communications.
Kathy is an ICF Associate Certified Coach.
